Concerns

That the ART’s PI objectives are the right ones for the business; that a release can be built, sold and serviced — not only demonstrated.

Accountabilities

Attend PI planning; assign business value to the ART’s PI objectives.
Attend the system demo; accept or challenge what is shown.
Resolve escalations the Release Train Engineer brings.

Decision Rights

Decide PI content together with Product Management (agree).
Decide to cut or defer scope mid-PI when the business case changes (autonomous as a group).

Evaluation

Metrics and Monitoring

Business value achieved per PI objective; escalations resolved within the PI.
