At the Order Exceptions Review in October: 214 of 2,960 orders in the third quarter needed the studio. 88 of them carry the reason code configuration — DC charger orders with a wider dispenser enclosure, which the ERP cannot price because the variant does not exist. It is the same enclosure the DC Charger team asked for three times (Variant Request Declined Three Times). The factory keeps throwing out what the platform keeps declining.
