Purpose
One hour on the first Wednesday of the month: Paula Weiss, Hanna Berglund, Leyla Demir, Wen Zhao and the ERP partner’s consultant. The group starts from the month’s reason codes, which the Order Exception Agent has grouped. The question is not “which cases were hard” but “why do orders fall out of the factory” — and which of those reasons is worth a change: an ERP rule, a new check for the agent, an agreement.
This is the improvement loop that used to be a ticket queue. A pattern that keeps coming back becomes a signal, and from there it climbs the ladder like any other observation — see Configuration Cases Pile Up in the Studio.
What is the outcome?
At most two changes a month, each with an owner and a date; the rest stays on the list.
