Purpose

Fifteen minutes every morning at the Order Studio Board: Paula Weiss, with Leyla Demir and Wen Zhao when a case needs them. Right to left: what is back in the ERP, what waits on a customer, what is stuck in the studio, what was flagged overnight. The cases themselves are worked during the day, not here.

What is the outcome?

Every case has someone on it, and no case is older than two days without a reason.
