Purpose

Driver

The Wallbox team needs one person who turns the ART’s features into a team backlog and answers the team’s questions daily — not a committee at FL2.

Requirement

A product owner for the Wallbox product line: owns the team backlog, accepts stories, speaks for installers and home owners.

Description

The Product Owner of the Wallbox team splits the features Product Management ranks into stories, orders the team backlog, and accepts the result. Kept by Lukas Weber.

Concerns

Installer feedback; the enclosure variants the channel asks for versus the platform the team builds on.

Accountabilities

  • Own the Wallbox product-line backlog; accept stories.
  • Represent the team’s content at PI planning and the system demo.

Decision Rights

  • Orders the team backlog (autonomous).
  • Scope of a feature — agrees with Product Management.

Evaluation

Metrics and Monitoring

  • Stories accepted per iteration; features delivered as planned at PI planning.

Modeling note

Roles are individual in DWSD — the Product Owner DC Charger is a separate file with the same shape, not an instance of a template.
